About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Engagement Intern to support our people initiatives! This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in employee engagement, event coordination, and learning & development logistics while working closely with an experienced team in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be expected to: 

• Assist in coordinating and executing internal events, team-building activities, and engagement initiatives such as festive celebrations;
• Manage scheduling, calendar invites, venue booking, and logistics for training sessions;
• Support the drafting and execution of internal communications, employee recognition efforts, and workplace culture initiative;
• Assist in coordinating the buddy program by tracking buddy-joiner interactions, ensuring workflow runs smoothly, and supporting feedback collection.
• Maintain training records, track attendance, and draft reports for review.
• Support People and Culture projects, policy documentation, and research as needed.
