About us

Stream Environment Sdn. Bhd. is a Malaysia-based global leader in Automated Waste Collection Systems (AWCS), delivering innovative and sustainable waste management solutions across multiple countries. Driver Assistant (RORO) supporting collection, transportation and delivery of RORO containers between client sites, landfill facilities and designated locations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the lorry driver in the collection, transportation and delivery of RORO containers between client sites, landfill facilities and designated locations.
• Act as a banksman/spotter during reversing, parking, loading, unloading and lorry manoeuvring.
• Assist in keeping the assigned lorry, equipment, tools and accessories clean, safe and in good condition.
• Ensure collection and delivery activities follow the daily schedule and instructions.
• Follow all company safety policies, road safety requirements and operational procedures.
• Report any accidents, safety hazards, incidents or operational issues to the supervisor/manager immediately.
• Maintain proper hygiene and housekeeping standards while on duty.
• Comply with the company's ISO 9001 quality management system and safety requirements.
• Willing to undergo training to develop the skills required to operate a RORO lorry in the future.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management to support daily operations.

Requirement

• Minimum SPM / Certificate or equivalent.
• Valid Class D driving licence.
• 0–3 years of relevant technical or maintenance experience.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to work night shifts, overtime, weekends and public holidays based on operational needs.
