Position: Admin Executive

Position Details:

• Remuneration: RM3,000 - RM3,500 per month
• Employment Type: 1-year contract (potential conversion to permanent position)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Alternate Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Employee Benefits: EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Start from 12 days Annual Leave, and Medical Benefits (RM100 per month / Capped at RM600 Annually)

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule service technicians and manage customer appointments efficiently.
• Handle client enquiries, perform routine service follow-ups, and manage contract renewals.
• Prepare and issue quotations, invoices, and relevant service documentation.
• Follow up on outstanding customer payments and assist with data entry in SQL Accounting and e-invoicing systems.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 2 years of administrative or service coordination experience within the pest control industry (mandatory).
• Technical Knowledge: Strong familiarity with recurring service scheduling, managing last-minute schedule adjustments, and maintaining accurate records.
• Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, along with hands-on experience using SQL
• Language Skills: Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
