Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Information Technology, Business Studies, Marketing or any related field.
• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in the ICT industry. Experience in channel/partner sales will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge or experience in using SAP system will be an added advantage.
• Good communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-focused, result-oriented, proactive and self-motivated.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team, with the ability to perform under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin to liaise with diverse clients, suppliers, or associates.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel for customer and partner visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute channel sales strategies and activities to achieve sales target.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with business partners, resellers and customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the partner network to grow sales revenue.
• Develop and manage sales pipelines through channel partners and support partners in closing sales opportunities.
• Support partners in customer engagement, solution presentation, quotation and sales follow-up.
• Identify potential customers and business opportunities through partners and direct engagement.
• Follow up closely with existing and potential customers/partners through calls, emails, meetings and site visits.
• Work closely with Presales, Product and Technical teams to support customer and partner requirements.
• Monitor sales opportunities and pipeline progress and provide regular updates to management.
• Maintain strong relationships with partners and customers to drive repeat business and revenue growth.
• Perform other sales and business development duties as assigned by management.
