- Precision Setting-Out & Alignment: Lead precision setting-out for piling, deep excavation, foundation works, superflat slab levels, and structural steel framing in accordance with data centre engineering tolerances.
- Deformation & Settlement Monitoring: Conduct routine structural settlement and geotechnical displacement monitoring; compute, analyze, and present precise deformation trend reports.
- Subcontractor Quality Audit: Inspect, independently verify, and cross-check all setting-out data and survey drawings submitted by sub-contractors and consultants before concrete casting or structural installation.
- As-Built Documentation: Conduct comprehensive as-built surveys for completed civil, architectural, and underground MEP utilities; prepare verified CAD drawings for consultant sign-off and project handover.
- Team & Equipment Management: Supervise and allocate tasks to site surveyors and chainmen; manage calibration records, field maintenance, and statutory certifications for all survey equipment (Total Stations, GPS/GNSS, Digital Levels).
