Minimum 2 years of experience in production or a similar role within the manufacturing industry.

Relevant Certificate or Diploma in a technical or related field is preferred.

Strong technical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot production equipment and processes.

Able to read and understand technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.

Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing production demands.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards.

Good communication and leadership skills to work effectively with operators, technicians, and the production team.

Willing to work in Banting, Selangor.

Monitor daily production operations and ensure the production process runs smoothly according to production plans and output targets.

Supervise and guide production operators and technicians, including shift scheduling, attendance, discipline, and performance.

Ensure all products meet required quality standards and specifications.

Identify and resolve production issues related to machinery, processes, and product defects.

Assist with the setup, adjustment, and calibration of production equipment.

Prepare daily production reports, including output, downtime, reject rate, and equipment performance.

Maintain accurate records of production activities, quality control, and equipment performance.

Ensure employees follow safety procedures, wear the required PPE, and maintain proper 5S practices.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production environment.

Collaborate with the production team to identify process improvements and implement best practices.

Suggest and implement improvements to increase productivity, efficiency, and overall production performance.
