Education: Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.

Experience: Prior experience in F&B, hotels, or catering services is an advantage (fresh graduates or candidates without experience are welcome to apply as training is provided).

Soft Skills: Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a pleasant and approachable personality.

Work Attitude: High discipline, hardworking, punctual, and a strong team player.

Physical Fitness: Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.

Flexibility: Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and irregular hours based on event schedules.

Event Setup: Arrange tables, chairs, and buffet setups, ensuring all cutleries, glassware, and crockery are clean and properly arranged before the event starts.

Guest Service: Welcome guests warmly, take orders (if applicable for plated or dome service), and serve food and beverages professionally.

Food Maintenance: Ensure that the buffet line is well-stocked, neat, clean, and food temperature is maintained throughout the event.

Post-Event Cleanup: Clear used plates, glasses, and utensils from guest tables and assist in packing up catering equipment after the event.

Customer Service: Deliver polite, prompt, and friendly service to guests and attend to their reasonable requests during the function.
