Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Supervisor in managing daily operations and workflow.
• Monitor daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Coordinate with staff and other departments on operational matters.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, and work progress.
• Ensure employees follow company procedures, rules, and safety requirements.
• Assist in solving daily operational issues and report problems to the Supervisor.
• Prepare simple daily reports and update operational records.
• Perform other operational duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM/Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in operations or a similar role is an advantage.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work independently and handle daily operational tasks.
• Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
