Key Responsibilities

Mobile App & Customer Loyalty

• Update content, promotions, rewards, and vouchers on the FamilyMart mobile app.
• Monitor customer reviews and feedback on the app.
• Coordinate with the Customer Service team to follow up on customer feedback.
• Prepare basic reports on customer participation, voucher usage, and campaign results.
• Support the team in identifying customer groups and understanding their purchasing behaviour.

eCommerce Support

• Update product names, descriptions, prices, images, promotions, and availability across eCommerce and delivery platforms.
• Work with the Merchandising and Operations teams to ensure product information is accurate and updated on time.
• Review product listings and report any missing or incorrect information.

Marketing Campaign Support

• Support the coordination of marketing and promotional activities.
• Prepare and communicate campaign information to stores.
• Assist with the ordering, tracking, and delivery of promotional materials, including posters, buntings, shelf talkers, and other Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM).
• Monitor campaign performance, including voucher redemptions and customer engagement.

Market & Consumer Research

• Conduct basic research on competitors, market trends, customer preferences, and eCommerce activities.
• Assist in preparing and distributing customer surveys.
• Support product testing and customer feedback collection.
• Summarise research findings and prepare reports or presentation slides.

General Support

• Assist with data entry, documentation, report preparation, and other administrative tasks.
• Work with relevant departments, including Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, Customer Service, Business Intelligence, and IT.
• Support other CRM, research, eCommerce, and marketing projects assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, eCommerce, Mass Communication, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Interested in digital marketing, eCommerce, customer loyalty, and market research.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
