Job Overview

We are looking for an Electronic Repair Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing and maintaining electronic components, PLC systems and computer hardware, as well as providing technical support to customers.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Electronic Engineering or a related field.

2. At least 1 year of relevant working experience is preferred.

3. Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking and technical troubleshooting.

4. Experience in PLC troubleshooting and electronic circuit board repair is an advantage.

5. Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

6. Must have own transportation and be willing to travel for work.

7. Willing to relocate when required.

8. Responsible, eager to learn and able to work independently.

1. Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair electronic circuit boards and components.

2. Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) systems.

3. Troubleshoot, repair, install and configure computer hardware, networks, printers and scanners.

4. Provide technical support to customers, including on-site assistance.

5. Perform basic system and application configurations.

6. Provide training and guidance to users when required.

7. Follow up with customers to ensure technical issues are resolved.

8. Respond promptly to service requests and prepare basic service reports.
