We are cordially looking for the above position to be filled ASAP as to support for our growth capacity specialist in construction sector. We are looking for Freelance Recruitment Specialist. Candidate who can work independently to drive the recruitment process entirely. Candidate who has the experience in the fulfillment of recruitment process are encourage to apply.

Job Summary

• Handle full-cycle hiring, including drafting job descriptions, posting vacancies, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews for assigned position.
• Strategy handling in attract talent through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networking sites.
• Collaborate with clients and hiring managers to define role requirements, gather feedback, and track hiring progress.
• Asses &Evaluate applicants' skills, cultural fit, and qualifications, and coordinate formal interview schedules.
• Handle candidate offer & negotiations, perform reference/background checks, and support new-hire induction and onboarding programs.
• Database & Compliance: Maintain accurate candidate records in an Applicant Tracking System or HRIS, and stay updated on local labor and employment regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or general HR operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Some understanding of local employment laws and statutory requirements (such as the Malaysian Employment Act, EPF, and SOCSO for local roles).

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
