JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome walk-in customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable vehicles based on their preferences and budget.
• Assist customers throughout the purchasing process by explaining vehicle features, comparing models, and recommending suitable upgrades or additional products.
• Keep up to date with automotive trends, new inventory, vehicle specifications, features, and accessories.
• Provide product information and conduct vehicle demonstrations to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Arrange test drives and ensure customers provide valid identification in accordance with company procedures.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, properly fuelled, and in good working condition before delivery to customers.
• Assist with used vehicle inspections and related documentation.
• Prepare and submit the necessary documents for vehicle loan and financing applications.
• Deliver vehicles to customers and explain vehicle features, operating functions, warranty coverage, and relevant paperwork.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
• Follow up with customers, build long-term relationships, and work towards achieving sales targets.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Able to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Good negotiation and selling skills, with the ability to close sales effectively.
• Good command of spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin or Cantonese is an added advantage.
• Able to drive both manual and automatic cars and motorcycles.
• Willing to travel for customer appointments outside the inspection hub when required.
• Good knowledge of automotive brands, models, features, and vehicle components.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage time effectively.
• Possess valid Class B2 and Class D driving licences.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, based on business needs.
• Fresh graduates with an interest in automotive sales are welcome to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
