Job Scope – Foreman (Proton BNP)

• Supervise and coordinate daily workshop operations and technicians.
• Assign repair jobs and monitor work progress to ensure timely completion.
• Assist technicians in vehicle diagnosis and troubleshooting.
• Inspect completed repairs to ensure quality and compliance with Proton standards.
• Monitor technician productivity, workshop efficiency, and repair quality.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors, Warranty, and Parts Departments.
• Ensure workshop safety, cleanliness, and proper use of tools and equipment.
• Ensure job cards and repair records are completed accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum SKM or Diploma in Automotive Technology.
• Minimum 5 years of automotive repair experience.
• Previous experience as a Foreman or Senior Technician is an advantage.
• Good technical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
