Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.

Proficient in candidate sourcing through job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.

Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

Able to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment deadlines effectively.

Strong command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken.

Experience hiring Live Hosts, Sales, Creative, or high-volume recruitment roles is an added advantage.

Must be willing to work 5 days a week at Sg Bakau, Rawang, Selangor.

Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.

Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified and suitable candidates.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, recruitment platforms, referrals, and other sourcing channels.

Review and screen resumes to identify candidates who meet the job requirements and company needs.

Conduct phone/online interviews and candidate assessments as part of the selection process.

Coordinate and arrange interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

Manage candidate communication and provide timely follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.

Build and maintain a strong talent pool and candidate database for current and future hiring needs.

Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, job specifications, and candidate profiles.

Monitor recruitment progress, hiring timelines, and vacancy status to ensure positions are filled efficiently.

Support recruitment for Live Hosts, Sales, Creative, and other company positions, with high-volume recruitment experience being an added advantage.
