• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers across on-trade (restaurants, bars, bistros) and off-trade channels through daily outdoor sales visits.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and regular outdoor route prospecting.
• Conduct engaging product presentations, tastings, demonstrations, and promotional activities at customer outlets to drive product awareness and sales.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and quotation to keying orders into the system, coordinating delivery, and after-sales follow-up.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs through effective territory management and business development strategies.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, menu listings, and promotional arrangements with customers in accordance with company guidelines.
• Plan and execute regular outdoor sales visits, customer meetings, outlet tastings, and promotional activities to expand the customer base and strengthen market presence.
• Stay updated on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities in the field to identify new business opportunities.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring effective solutions and consistent stock replenishment.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and daily activity updates, including customer visits, sales progress, and market insights, into the system.

Requirement

• Minimum SPM qualification with at least 1 year of sales experience.
• Experience in FMCG, wine, beverage, or related industries will be an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Results-oriented, proactive, and positive with a strong willingness to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with a team.
• Willing to travel and work outside normal office hours when required.
• Passionate about sales and comfortable with product tasting and customer engagement.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
