Technical Specifications & Nesting
- Review engineering drawing using AutoCAD to catch and resolve design discrepancies before they flow to the shop floor.
- Perform raw material nesting using specialized software tools to maximize steel plate utilization and minimize scrap waste.

Cost & Weight Verification
- Conduct technical calculations manually or by using automation tools (such as Python scripts) to accurately determine structural weight, production cost, and material usage requirements.
- Verify estimated manufacturing run times against actual workshop capacities to establish predictable project cost models.

Raw Material Planning
- Monitor stock levels of steel plates and other essential raw materials, initiating timely restocking to prevent production bottlenecks.
- Prepare, verify, and submit accurate material requisitions based on incoming fabrication project requirements.

Delivery Scheduling & Progress Tracking
- Plan, schedule, and follow up on daily production progress to hit project timelines and shipping dates.
- Maintain and update the production progress database to ensure real-time data accuracy for management review.

Technical Support & Quality Control
- Inspect fabricated components to ensure all produced parts strictly comply with defined QA/QC standards.
- Troubleshoot complex shop-floor issues and provide hands-on technical guidance to resolve machinery or structural problems.

Cross-Departmental Liaison
- Act as the core contact point for resolving design or engineering errors between the workshop and the design office.
