We are looking for a caring, organised and proactive team member to support our Mandarin subscription students. You will guide their learning, manage subscription matters and help them stay engaged and consistent.

Key Responsibilities

Student Learning & Coaching

* Check students’ daily Mandarin sentence pronunciation and provide constructive feedback.

* Conduct Mandarin coaching sessions and revision classes.

* Assist students in understanding and completing their homework.

* Monitor learning progress and encourage regular practice.

Student Service & Subscription Management

* Follow up on and collect monthly subscription fees.

* Monitor subscription status, payment records and renewals.

* Issue invoices upon receiving payment and update student records accurately.

* Respond to student enquiries and coordinate solutions with the relevant team.

Learning Events & Attendance

* Arrange the monthly Mandarin Zoom Learning Event.

* Call students to confirm attendance for upcoming events.

* Manage attendance records for classes, coaching sessions and learning events.

* Follow up with absent or inactive students to encourage participation.

Reporting & Recognition

* Prepare reports on student progress, attendance and subscription status.

* Prepare student recognition announcements to celebrate effort, improvement and achievements.

Requirements

* Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

* Good Mandarin pronunciation, with the ability to explain lessons clearly and patiently.

* Friendly, responsible and comfortable communicating with students through calls, messages and Zoom.

* Organised, attentive to detail and able to follow up consistently.

* Able to work independently from home with a reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace.

* Willing to work on a shift schedule.

* Experience in teaching, tutoring, customer service or student support is an advantage.

* Basic salary from RM2,000 per month, based on qualifications and experience.
