We are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst to translate complex retail data sets into high-value strategic insights. In this role, you will be at the heart of our retail intelligence operations; translating complex multi-channel data into high-impact strategic insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean, aggregate, and validate large-scale, multi-source retail datasets to construct robust, high-integrity forecasting and analytical models.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses into multi-channel consumer behavior, sales trends, and retail dynamics to uncover actionable growth opportunities.
• Design, build, and scale interactive executive dashboards, automated reporting frameworks, and BI visualization tools using Advanced Excel and modern BI platforms.
• Partner closely with commercial, retail, and executive teams to define core KPIs, track performance metrics, and align analytical output with enterprise objectives.
• Champion data quality assurance standards, streamline reporting workflows, and collaborate with Data Engineering teams to enhance data warehouse architectures.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for database querying, along with advanced expertise in Excel and statistical modeling.
• Hands-on experience building intuitive, enterprise-grade dashboards using modern BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI).
• Hands-on experience developing intuitive dashboards and visual reports using enterprise BI tools.
• Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is required to facilitate business communication with international stakeholders.
• Self-driven with strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to operate effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams.

Role Details & Disclaimers:

• Work Arrangement: Fully onsite in Balakong. Open to Malaysian citizens only (Employment Pass/visa sponsorship is not provided).

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
