Responsibilities:

Perform remote/ on-site preventive maintenance (PM) activities in accordance with O&M contracts and maintenance schedules.

Carry out corrective maintenance (CM) for system faults, breakdowns, and performance issues.

Ensure all works comply with safety procedures and industry best practices.

Diagnose and troubleshoot common solar PV issues such as Inverter trips and faults, DC string failures, Monitoring and communication failures, and Meter and data logger issues

Analyze alarms and fault codes from monitoring platforms and inverter systems.

Perform on-site and remote troubleshooting where applicable.

Restore system operation in the shortest possible time to minimize downtime.

Identify underperforming systems, strings, or inverters.

Conduct basic performance analysis including PR comparison, Generation deviation analysis and Degradation or shading issues

Support corrective actions to improve system output and availability.

Provide technical feedback on recurring issues to support engineering and quality improvement.

Support RMA processes by Verifying actual equipment faults, Collecting serial numbers and fault evidence, Performing removal and replacement works

Verify system functionality after RMA completion.

Support commissioning and re-commissioning of inverters, monitoring systems, and meters during O&M activities.

Conduct functional testing after repairs or component replacement.

Verify system operation, data visibility, and safety before handover.

Prepare and submit technical service reports, including Fault description, Root cause analysis, Rectification method and Photos before and after works

Comply strictly with site safety rules, PPE requirements, and permit-to-work systems.

Provide technical input for customer complaints and technical explanations when required.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
