Job Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate warehouse workers to ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently.
• Plan and organize stock receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Ensure stock and goods are properly arranged, labelled and easy to locate.
• Prepare and check stock orders for retail booths and outlets accurately and on time.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify stock shortages or discrepancies.
• Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Coordinate with the operations team on stock replenishment and delivery schedules.
• Ensure all goods are properly checked before dispatch to prevent missing or incorrect items.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization and safety.
• Monitor workers' performance and ensure they follow warehouse procedures.
• Report operational issues, delays and stock discrepancies to management.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience is required.
• Experience leading or coordinating warehouse workers is strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Able to plan tasks, manage priorities and meet deadlines.
• Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to handle physical warehouse tasks when required.
• Proactive in identifying problems and ensuring work is completed properly.

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to speak Mandarin to communicate with the China headquarter staffs.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with foreign workers.
• Good communication and coordination skills are essential.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
