Current enrollment in Bachelor in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Advertising/Media or equivalent.

Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and English is a must. Additional language is advantage.

Digital-savvy and proficient with social media platforms.

Experience in managing social media, content creation and design is a plus.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Require to work out of hours on larger projects or to attend events, occasionally.

Ability to work in a team environment.

Commitment towards quality work, strong attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Highly organized and ability to withstand pressure, positive minded, and able to manage tight timelines.

Ability to manage a changing workload in a dynamic deadline-driven changing environment.

Possess own transport and willing to travel for work.

Assist on approved campaigns and activities effectively and efficiently.

Assist to strategize, plan and create creative content for social media posting on a daily basis to engage the online community.

Assist to write creative copy and ensure all communication material, artwork, and content adheres to principal’s guidelines and timeline.

Assist in organizing events and liaise with vendor, event organizer, business partner and many more.

Assist to liaise with a third parties’ media, printers and publisher as required and manage the production of marketing POSM such as flyers, posters, bunting, A-Board and the like by following brand guidelines.

Assist to track principal’s KPI progress.

Assist to prepare and submit required reports to principal and management within the stipulated timeline.

Conduct LIVE event and update all activities on relevant company brand’s official social media accounts.

Coordinate internal marketing and organization’s culture.

Attend all trainings, meetings and networking opportunities.

Assist on any ad-hoc tasks as required by the department and principal.
