Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales for FCL/LCL, import and export freight forwarding, and NVOCC services.
• Generate leads, identify new business opportunities, and convert prospects into long-term customers.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting the company’s logistics and shipping solutions.
• Build strong customer relationships and understand clients’ shipping and logistics requirements.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and proposals to customers.
• Coordinate with operations and pricing teams to provide competitive shipping solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding and/or NVOCC sales.
• Must have good shipping knowledge, including sea freight, FCL/LCL, import and export procedures, and customs clearance.
• Good understanding of freight forwarding and logistics services.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and target-driven, with a strong desire to achieve sales goals.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of CRM tools.
• Own transport and willingness to travel for client meetings.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
