WHO WE ARE

TSG Asia (The Spark Group Asia) is a leadership development and organizational consulting firm working with corporate clients across Malaysia and the wider Asian market. We design and deliver facilitation, learning & development programmes, and OD consulting solutions from our foundational public programmes to bespoke, HRD Corp-claimable corporate training. We're a small, close-knit team that moves quickly, holds a high bar on quality, and is now building out a tech-enabled coaching arm as part of our next chapter.

THE ROLE

We're looking for a Client Solutions & Program Executive to be the first point of contact for new client inquiries and a key support to our Program Director in bringing our programmes to life. This is a role for someone early in their career who is organized, sharp with communication, and hungry to build real B2B and corporate training experience, with a clear runway to take on more ownership as you grow into it.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Client Engagement & Sales Support

     Respond to inbound inquiries and process intake forms

     Coordinate discovery calls and follow-up meetings between prospects and Program Director

     Draft program outlines and proposal decks from templates

     Support HRD Corp documentation and data entry

Program Operations Support

     Set up physical and virtual learning environments and prepare training collateral

     Handle client-facing communications on timelines, joining instructions, and attendance

     Provide hands-on support to the Program Director and Operations team during live program delivery

As you build a track record, the role expands into full contract/closing administration, independent HRD Corp grant submissions, coach briefing, and delivery ownership, with your compensation reviewed alongside that expanded scope.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

     Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field

     1–2 years' experience in client servicing, training operations, B2B coordination, PR/communications, or agency project management (strong fresh grads welcome)

     Professional written and spoken English, comfortable engaging HR and L&D professionals

     Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple deadlines at once

     Proficient in Google Workspace or MS Office (Docs, Slides, Sheets)
