Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily hub operations, including parcel sorting, scanning, and dispatch.
• Supervise sorters and couriers to ensure smooth operations.
• Assign delivery routes and monitor delivery performance.
• Track parcel movements, failed deliveries, and returns.
• Manage manpower and resolve daily operational issues.
• Prepare daily operational reports.

Requirements:

• Experience in logistics, courier, or warehouse operations is preferred.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Responsible, organised, and hands-on.
• Able to work flexible hours when required.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
