Responsibilities

• Assist in online marketing activities to promote available rooms and attract potential tenants.
• Post room listings on relevant online platforms and respond to basic enquiries from potential tenants.
• Assist in decorating and preparing rooms to ensure they are presentable for viewing.
• Take photos and videos of rooms for marketing and listing purposes.
• Assist the sales team with other daily sales and marketing activities as required.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Property Management, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with online marketing and social media platforms.
• Creative and has an eye for room presentation and decoration.
• Basic photography skills are an added advantage.
• Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work independently.

Pay: RM800.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
