Working Time: 8.30am - 5.00pm (Mon-Fri) - includes a 1-hour break

Full job description

Job Scope

Assist in full set of accounts: AP, AR, and G/L, (SST and E-invoice are future)
Assist in handling Autocount Accounting system.
Assist in perform monthly bank reconciliation, monthly analysis, banking transaction, daily collection.
To submit management report as per dateline.
To update monthly ageing report.
To assists superior as when required.
To perform any other ad-hoc assignment as and when required
Handle day to day operations of accounting record & filling
Assist supervisor to check summons.
To update utilization report (training provided)
Monitor the company’s cash flow, prepare periodic cash flow reports, handle petty cash, banking transactions, receipts and payments, reconcile bank statements, monitor upcoming financial commitments and provide Management with updates on the company’s cash position when required.

Requirement

Min. education requirement: Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accounting, LCCI/FINANCE/ACCOUNTANCY/ QUALIFIED ACCA or EQUIVALENT.
Required language(s): Mandrin, English
Basic understanding of EPF, SOCSO, PCB and statutory requirements.
Experience with AutoCount Accounting.
At least minimum 2-3 years' experience in related field.
Team player with good communication skills and positive work attitude.
Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicate to work.
Preferably able to start work within short notice.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
