Job Description

Requirements

  • 熟悉会计软件的使用（例如 Sage 50、MYOB、Sage 200、Xero）

  • 具备扎实的数据录入技能，准确度高，注重细节

  • 优秀的组织能力，能够有效安排工作优先级

  • 拥有金融服务行业经验者优先考虑，但非必要条件

  • 能够独立工作，也能与团队成员协作

  • 熟练使用 Excel、Word 和 Outlook 者优先考虑

Responsibilities

  • 准确及时地编制、开具和分发客户发票

  • 管理产品退货，并根据公司政策编制和开具贷项通知单

  • 协助财务团队处理临时性的行政和会计事务
