Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute merchandising activities to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability at retail outlets.
• Coordinate with suppliers, distributors, and retail teams regarding product deliveries.
• Ensure products are displayed according to company guidelines and planograms.
• Monitor product pricing, promotions, and competitor activities.
• Analyze sales reports and inventory data to identify sales trends.
• Prepare regular reports on stock movement, sales performance, and market conditions.
• Ensure products are properly labeled, priced, and displayed.
• Conduct regular store visits to check product availability and display standards.
• Maintain good relationships with retailers and store personnel.

Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Product availability and stock accuracy
• Sales growth and achievement of sales targets
• Effectiveness of promotional activities
• Compliance with product display standards
• Reduction of out-of-stock and excess inventory
• Timely submission of reports

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
