Key Responsibilities
- Site Execution & Progress Control: Lead daily site construction activities, execute master and look-ahead schedules, manage site logistics, and resolve on-site technical bottlenecks to meet stringent critical path milestones.
- CSA & MEP Interface Coordination: Coordinate structural works, heavy-duty floor slab casting, deep underground utilities, and roof waterproofing with mechanical and electrical (MEP) fit-out teams, utilizing BIM models to eliminate clash detections early.
- Subcontractor & Resource Management: Manage specialized subcontractors and local direct labor forces. Review daily logs, assess contractor output, verify claims against on-site progress, and drive trade productivity.
- Quality Assurance (QA/QC): Enforce strict compliance with local authority codes (UBBL), ISO standards, and mission-critical specifications (such as structural tolerances, vibration control, clean-room standards, and anti-static containment).
- HSE & Regulatory Compliance: Drive a zero-harm site culture alongside the Safety Department. Ensure strict adherence to Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) and CIDB statutory safety mandates.
- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with local authorities, client technical representatives, Project Management Consultants (PMC), and resident engineers for inspections, approvals, and formal handovers.
