We are looking for a responsible and organized Facilities Administrator to support the administrative operations of our warehouse facilities. The successful candidate will assist in coordinating maintenance activities, managing documentation and ensuring that facility-related records are properly maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance and management of a company's facilities.
• Ensure that the facilities are clean, safe and functional for employees and visitors.
• Manage the daily operations of the facility.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain records of maintenance and repairs.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of the facility.
• Ensure that the facility complies with government regulations and safety standards.
• Manage budgets and expenses related to the facility.
• Monitor and manage utility usage and expenses.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure the facility meets their needs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors.
• Manage and supervise facility staff.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in administration, facilities management or a related field is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word.
• Good organizational and documentation skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills when dealing with contractors and suppliers.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive and able to manage tasks effectively.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
