We're not looking for someone with years of experience. We're looking for someone who's eager to learn, has a positive attitude, and wants to build a real career and not just find another job.

At Revolution Runners Sdn. Bhd., we work with established brands through face-to-face marketing campaigns. You'll receive hands-on training, ongoing mentorship, and real opportunities to grow. If you're willing to learn, we'll teach you the rest.

What you'll be doing

Your responsibilities will include:

• Engage with customers through face-to-face marketing and sales.
• Represent leading brands with professionalism and confidence.
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver great experiences.
• Develop skills in sales, marketing, and leadership development.
• Grow into leadership opportunities through structured training.

Who we're looking for

You might be a great fit if you:

• Are a fresh graduate or looking for your first full-time career.
• Enjoy meeting new people and building relationships.
• Have a positive attitude and are willing to learn.
• Are responsible, hardworking, and enjoy working in a team.
• Can start immediately or within short notice.

What you'll get

• Full training provided and no experience required.
• One-to-one coaching and mentorship.
• Clear career progression based on your performance.
• A fun, supportive, and energetic team environment.
• Opportunities for local and overseas travel.
• Personal growth and leadership development.

We're not going to tell you this job is easy, because learning and growing takes effort. But if you're someone who enjoys a challenge, wants to develop new skills, and is looking for a place where your hard work is recognised, we'd love to meet you.
