Work Arrangement: Shift Basis, Including Night Shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor facility systems and operational status through computer-based monitoring platforms and control room interfaces.
• Observe system alarms, alerts and abnormalities, and promptly report issues to the relevant technicians or supervisors.
• Assist in monitoring building services, including electrical, ACMV and other mechanical systems, according to site requirements.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate follow-up actions for system faults and operational issues.
• Record system readings, incidents, maintenance activities and shift handover information accurately.
• Respond to maintenance requests and coordinate with the facilities management team to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain proper records of system alerts, complaints, work orders and outstanding issues.
• Support technicians during inspections, maintenance activities and emergency response when required.
• Ensure all monitoring activities and shift handovers are carried out according to established procedures.
• Follow site safety requirements, operational procedures and client instructions at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification; a certificate or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, IT or a related technical field is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills, including data entry, email and Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic technical knowledge and willingness to learn facility monitoring systems and building services operations.
• Able to observe system alerts, follow procedures and escalate technical issues promptly.
• Good attention to detail, communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Responsible, alert and able to remain focused during assigned shifts.
• Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule, including night shifts, weekends and public holidays where required.
• Candidates who are able to join immediately or within a short notice period will have an added advantage.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
