• 2-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Social Media or a related field.

• Experience with Facebook Ads and/or Shopee Ads is preferred.

• Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversion rate and revenue.

• Comfortable creating short-form video content and appearing on camera is a plus.

• Strong interest in TikTok, social media and online trends.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned projects.

• Fast learner with a strong willingness to develop new skills.

1. Facebook & Digital Marketing

• Manage and grow the company’s Facebook Page.

• Plan, execute and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns.

• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data and improve ROI.

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitors and market opportunities.

• Develop new marketing ideas and strategies to drive traffic and sales.
  

2. Shopee Marketing & E-Commerce

• Manage and optimize Shopee Ads campaigns.

• Plan and manage Shopee campaigns, promotions, vouchers and deals.

• Work on strategies to increase Shopee traffic, conversion rate and revenue.

• Monitor Shopee sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.

• Continuously test and improve campaigns based on data and results.
  

3. TikTok & Content Creation

• Shoot and create short-form videos for TikTok.

• Develop content ideas that are relevant to our target customers.

• Research TikTok trends, viral content and emerging trends.

• Turn trends into creative content that can generate engagement and sales.

• Consistently produce and publish content according to the content plan.
  

4. Market & Trend Research

• Research competitors, customer behavior and market trends.

• Identify new opportunities in the fashion, beauty and lifestyle markets.

• Stay updated with TikTok, Shopee and social media trends.

• Bring new ideas to the team and continuously improve our marketing approach.
