Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related discipline.
Professional tax or accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CTIM, or equivalent is preferred.
Minimum 10 years of relevant tax experience, preferably with significant regional, group tax, or multinational exposure.
Strong knowledge of ASEAN tax regulations, international taxation, transfer pricing, and cross-border tax matters.
Demonstrated experience in corporate tax planning, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and/or tax due diligence.
Strong understanding of investment holding structures and regional corporate structures.
Prior experience in managing or coordinating multi-country tax teams and stakeholders will be highly advantageous.

岗位职责
1. Strategic Tax Planning & Corporate Transactions
Lead tax planning and structuring initiatives for corporate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, mergers, reorganizations, and other corporate exercises.
Assess tax implications and potential exposures arising from transactions across multiple jurisdictions and recommend commercially viable and tax-efficient structures.
Partner closely with legal, finance, and business stakeholders, as well as external tax advisors, to ensure transactions are structured in compliance with applicable tax regulations.
Lead tax due diligence on potential acquisitions and provide tax support throughout the post-acquisition integration process.
Identify opportunities to optimize the Group’s overall tax position while maintaining appropriate tax risk management and compliance standards.
2. Transfer Pricing & Benchmarking
Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing review of the Group’s transfer pricing policies for intercompany transactions.
Oversee transfer pricing arrangements, particularly those involving transactions between hospitals and related entities.
Ensure transfer pricing documentation is prepared and maintained in accordance with OECD guidelines and applicable local regulations.
Oversee transfer pricing benchmarking studies to substantiate arm’s-length pricing and support the Group’s position during tax audits or enquiries.
Work closely with local tax managers and external advisors to ensure consistent application of transfer pricing policies across jurisdictions.
3. Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR)
Oversee the preparation, review, and submission of Country-by-Country Reports (CbCR) in accordance with BEPS Action 13 requirements.
Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of financial and tax information reported across all relevant jurisdictions.
Coordinate with local tax teams, finance functions, and external advisors to gather, validate, and reconcile the required reporting information.
Monitor developments in CbCR and other international tax reporting requirements and ensure timely implementation of regulatory changes.
4. Regional Tax Leadership & Coordination
Provide strategic direction, leadership, and technical guidance to local tax managers across the Group’s operating countries.
Drive consistency in tax policies, processes, documentation, reporting, and governance standards across jurisdictions.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and promote best practices across the regional tax function.
Act as a key point of escalation for complex regional and cross-border tax matters.
5. Tax Governance, Compliance & Reporting
Develop, implement, and maintain a robust Group-wide tax governance framework and internal control environment.
Oversee the Group’s tax compliance and reporting activities to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent submissions across jurisdictions.
Review and provide oversight on consolidated tax provisions, tax disclosures, and related financial reporting matters.
Identify and assess key tax risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
Ensure the Group maintains appropriate documentation and controls to support its tax positions.
6. Tax Advisory & Regulatory Monitoring
Monitor developments in tax legislation, regulations, and international tax developments across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Vietnam.
Evaluate the potential impact of changes in tax legislation on the Group’s operations, transactions, and overall tax position.
Provide timely and commercially relevant tax advice to senior management and key business stakeholders.
Represent the Group in relevant regional tax forums, industry discussions, and engagements with external tax advisors and authorities where required.
