About Us
YIHETANG is one of China’s best-known milk tea brands, now opening in Malaysia. We’re looking for energetic Tea Baristas to join our outlet team and serve great drinks with fast, friendly service.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare milk tea, fruit tea and other beverages to YIHETANG’s standard recipes and portioning
• Brew tea bases, cook pearls and prep toppings according to schedule and freshness rules
• Take orders, handle the POS and process cash and e-wallet payments accurately
• Greet customers, recommend drinks and handle simple feedback or complaints
• Keep the bar, equipment and dining area clean and organised throughout the shift
• Follow food safety, hygiene and storage procedures (FIFO, labelling, temperature checks)
• Help with stock receiving, inventory counts and opening/closing duties
• Support delivery platform orders (GrabFood, foodpanda, ShopeeFood) quickly and accurately

What We’re Looking For

• SPM or equivalent; F&B or barista experience is a plus, but we’ll train you
• Fast, careful and comfortable working under peak-hour pressure
• Friendly, presentable and good with customers
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is an advantage)
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Valid typhoid vaccination and Food Handling Training certificate (or willing to get them; we can help arrange)
• Experienced baristas may be considered for a Senior Barista position
