Responsibilities

Lead Outreach & Qualification

• Make outbound phone calls to schools, tutors, and leads to introduce Dotomat and gather interest information.
• Qualify prospects by assessing needs, timeline, and budget, then mark status in the CRM.
• Follow up on warm leads via phone, WhatsApp, or light social messages to move conversations forward.
• Book demo or follow-up slots for the partnerships or sales team and confirm attendance details.

CRM, Data & Reporting

• Log all interactions and outcomes into HubSpot CRM and update lead fields accurately after each call.
• Maintain daily and weekly Google Sheets trackers for outreach volume, conversion rates, and next actions.
• Prepare short reports that highlight 1-2 learnings and recommended tweaks to messaging or targeting.
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to source contacts and add qualified prospects to sequences.

Messaging & Community Touchpoints

• Create and test short, friendly phone scripts and social outreach messages that fit our education audience.
• Coordinate with marketing on basic campaign assets and share feedback from conversations to improve content.
• Represent Dotomat professionally in all interactions and escalate partnership opportunities to the sales lead.
• Help organise simple outreach blitzes and community calls to increase brand awareness locally.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Fresh graduate or entry level candidate with up to 1 year of work experience; internships are welcome.
• Comfortable making regular phone outreach and managing a steady call schedule each day.
• Basic familiarity with online communication tools and a willingness to learn CRM workflows.
• Available for part of the day that overlaps school hours for calls and occasional team meetings.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Cold Calling and Telephone Communication experience or training preferred.
• Social Media Outreach and Lead Generation using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and messaging channels.
• Experience or willingness to learn HubSpot CRM and to keep Google Sheets updated for reporting.
• Sales Prospecting and basic lead qualification skills to prioritise follow up actions.

• Clear and friendly spoken English, with the ability to adapt tone for educators and parents.
• Resilient attitude towards rejection and consistent follow through on next steps.
• Organised, punctual, and able to manage multiple leads without losing details.
