Smartphone Inspection & Quality Control

• Test second-hand smartphones to ensure they work properly.
• Check screens, cameras, speakers, microphones, batteries, charging ports, buttons, and connectivity.
• Identify physical damage, defects, and signs of previous repairs.
• Decide whether phones are suitable for resale, need repairs, or should be rejected.

Troubleshooting & Repair

• Diagnose hardware and software problems.
• Perform smartphone repairs and replace faulty components.
• Test devices after repairs to ensure they work correctly.
• Report complicated issues that require further assistance.

Record Keeping

• Record inspection results, defects, and device conditions.
• Keep track of repairs, replacement parts, and repair costs.
• Ensure all records are accurate and up to date.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification with 2–3 years of technical experience.
• Good spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Apple products, iOS, macOS, and basic network connectivity.
• Experience in Apple device troubleshooting and repair.
• Technical certifications are an advantage.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
