Minimum diploma, or degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Candidates have to have interest in calculations.

At least 1 year of experience in indoor/inside sales,or customer service with a sales focus.

Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills via phone, email, and face-to-face.

Confident in handling objections, closing deals, and working towards sales targets.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and have knowledge in using the Autocount system will be preferred.

Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple customers and priorities independently.

Basic understanding of pricing, quotations, invoices, and order-processing workflows

Respond to walk-in, phone, email, WhatsApp, and online enquiries from existing and potential customers.

Understand customer needs, recommend suitable products/services, and provide technical or product information as needed.

Prepare and issue quotations, proforma invoices, and sales proposals in a timely manner.

Follow up on quotations and leads to convert them into confirmed orders.

Negotiate prices, terms, delivery schedules, and payment conditions within company guidelines.

Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.

Prepare Job orders upon confirmation of the order.

Follow closely with the engineer and production to ensure your orders are done in a timely manner.

Monitor order status, delivery schedules, and backorders; update customers on progress and resolve issues.

Handle customer complaints, returns, and after-sales issues in coordination with relevant departments.

Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
