What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Fresh graduates welcome
• Fluent in spoken & written Mandarin
• Good understanding of accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail
• Good analytical & problem-solving skills
• Organised and able to manage deadlines
• Able to work independently and within a team
• Willing to learn new systems & technologies

What You’ll Do

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Maintain accurate accounting records
• Prepare bank reconciliations & cash flow analysis
• Assist with financial statements & reporting
• Use SQL Accounting for daily accounting activities
• Support audit and tax-related matters
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks & authorities
• Maintain proper financial documentation & filing
• Provide basic administrative support when required
