Maintain a clean and organized work station, including countertops, equipment, and utensils, adhering to strict food safety and hygiene protocols at all times

Operate and clean kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, fryers, and dishwashers, following safety guidelines and manufacturer instructions

Wash dishes, pots, pans, and cooking utensils, ensuring they are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before returning them to storage

Support inventory management by assisting with receiving, stocking, and rotating food supplies, and reporting any low stock levels or discrepancies to the supervisor

Collaborate effectively with other kitchen team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely preparation and service of food orders
