Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent

Min. 3 years working experience in VSD repair and servicing machinery

Have Leadership experience & management skills

Creative, independent & always motivated by driving continuous improvements.

Good Communication (oral and written) in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia

Management of the Technical Support & Application teams

Development of technical skills of the team members

To share lessons learned and technical knowledge transfer to the team members, leveraging the knowledge management of the team

Participate in sales activities by providing product demonstration and advanced technical support to sales teams

Developed strategic planning, set yearly sales budget and action plan for Technical team
