Responsibilities

• Create a fun, welcoming and memorable experience for every child and family visiting Popoland.
• Assist customers with ticket sales, promotions, memberships and general enquiries.
• Engage with children and parents while ensuring they enjoy their time at the playground.
• Help maintain the cleanliness, safety and overall presentation of the outlet.
• Support daily operations, activities, events and birthday parties when required.
• Actively promote Popoland's packages, promotions and special events.
• Assist in creating fun social media content, including photos and videos for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
• Be comfortable appearing in and contributing ideas for social media content when needed.
• Work closely with the team to create an energetic, positive and exciting environment.

• Able to create simple and engaging photo or video content.
• Responsible, reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in retail, sales, customer service or children's entertainment is an advantage—but a great attitude is even more important!
