1. Mechanical Engineering

• Review and design air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation (ACMV) systems.
• Prepare ACMV layouts, ducting layouts, equipment schedules and relevant calculations.
• Review exhaust fans, fresh air systems and ventilation requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and verify installation compliance.

2. Electrical Engineering

• Review and design electrical layouts, lighting and power distribution systems.
• Prepare lighting layouts, power layouts, single-line diagrams and load calculations, where required.
• Review electrical load requirements, circuit protection, cabling and distribution boards.
• Verify electrical installation compliance with applicable standards and authority requirements.

3. Engineering Drawings & Documentation

• Review and prepare M&E engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Verify relevant engineering calculations and equipment selections.
• Coordinate M&E drawings with architectural, interior design and other building services drawings.

4. PE Endorsement & Authority Submission

• Review and endorse engineering drawings and calculations within the appointed engineer's scope and professional competency.
• Prepare and submit required engineering documents to the relevant authorities, where applicable.
• Respond to technical comments and coordinate submission revisions.

5. Site Inspection & Project Completion

• Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with approved drawings.
• Review testing and commissioning reports.
• Identify technical issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Review as-built drawings and relevant completion documents, where included in the appointment.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
