Main Responsibilities

1) Quality Management System: Assist in maintaining and improving the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, including document control, document revisions, internal and external audit preparation, management reviews, and monitoring of quality objectives.

2) Customer Audit Coordination: Support customer audits by assisting with audit preparation, documentation, coordination, and follow-up on corrective actions to ensure compliance with customer and quality requirements.

3) Process Improvement: Collaborate with relevant departments and headquarters to support process development, quality system compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

4) Customer & Sustainability Requirements: Assist in coordinating customer visits, surveys, and sustainability-related activities, including environmental protection, carbon reduction, and hazardous chemical substance management.

Qualifications:

1) Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Applied Chemistry, Electronics, or a related field.

2) Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Basic knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and other quality management systems will be an added advantage.

3) Good analytical thinking, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a willingness to learn.
4) Candidates who can speak Mandarin are preferred.

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
