Job Responsibilities

· Operate and set up CNC machines to manufacture precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications.

· Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and machining instructions.

· Perform CNC machining operations, including milling and/or turning, to meet production requirements.

· Monitor machine performance and ensure components meet dimensional and quality standards.

· Conduct in-process inspections using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools.

· Perform basic machine troubleshooting, tool changes, and routine maintenance to ensure smooth operations.

· Maintain accurate production records and comply with quality, safety, and housekeeping standards.

· Work closely with the engineering and production teams to improve machining efficiency and product quality.

Job Requirements

· Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Machining, or a related field.

· Relevant experience operating CNC machines in a precision engineering or manufacturing environment.

· Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and understand machining tolerances.

· Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and CNC machining processes.

· Knowledge of CNC milling, CNC turning, or machining centres is an advantage.

· Able to work independently, follow work instructions, and meet production targets.

· Willing to work in Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor, and undertake shift work if required.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
