Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Control Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in electrical service, maintenance, commissioning, or related technical roles.

Willing to work on-site at different locations, including Selangor, Johor Bahru, and Penang, depending on site requirements.

Hands-on technical capability with good troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

Knowledge of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, control systems, switchboard components, and distribution equipment.

Able to read and interpret technical drawings.

Basic understanding of electronics and control systems is required.

Strong logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.

Familiarity with production processes or manufacturing environments, especially in the electronics industry, is an advantage.

Able to work independently with good communication and coordination skills when dealing with customers and internal teams.

Eager to learn and continuously improve technical knowledge and engineering skills.

Provide technical service, troubleshooting, and support at customer sites or within the production facility.

Diagnose and resolve electrical panel, switchboard, control system, and distribution equipment issues.

Perform testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical equipment to ensure proper functionality and compliance with specifications.

Support engineering teams by providing technical solutions and feedback for design or production improvements.

Review electrical drawings, schematics, and control diagrams to assist in troubleshooting and service activities.

Prepare service reports, technical documentation, and inspection records after service activities.

Provide technical guidance and support to customers regarding product operation and maintenance.

Ensure all service activities comply with company procedures and quality standards.

Perform other duties assigned by the superior as required.
