• Responsible for supporting the management of the company’s financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance with financial regulations. The role oversees daily finance activities, supervises finance staff, and supports strategic financial planning to ensure the company maintains strong financial performance and operational efficiency.

1. Financial Transactions Management

• Assist financial transactions including payments, receipts, and expense records.

– Ensure accurate documentation of financial activities.

– Maintain financial records and supporting documents.

2. Accounts Management

• Support accounts payable and receivable processes.

– Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate follow-ups.

– Ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.

3. Financial Reporting Support

• Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries.

– Support monthly financial closing processes.

– Provide financial data for management reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS / LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent is an added advantage.

REQUIREMENT

• Good understanding of Malaysian taxation and financial regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with SQL Accounting Software will be an added advantage

SKILLS/COMPENTENCIES

• Strong knowledge in financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage accounts (AP, AR) and financial data accurately
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems

Pay: RM1,200.00 per month
