Job description

1. Sales & Commercial Performance

• Support achievement of monthly sales targets, ATV, UPT, and conversion goals.

• Drive floor leadership during peak hours.

• Monitor daily sales performance and provide direction to team.

• Execute promotions, campaigns, and visual merchandising standards.

• Ensure stock availability and minimize lost sales opportunities.

2. Team Leadership & Development

• Supervise and coach Sales Promoter on selling techniques and service standards.

• Conduct daily briefings and product knowledge sharing.

• Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and discipline.

• Support onboarding and training of new team members.

• Provide performance feedback and recommend disciplinary action when required.

3. Customer Experience

• Ensure consistent delivery of brand service standards.

• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.

• Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.

• Lead by example in customer engagement and service recovery.

4. Operations & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with company SOP, security, and cash handling procedures.

• Oversee opening and closing procedures.

• Conduct stock replenishment and stockroom organization.

• Assist in stock take and inventory audits.

• Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and visual standards are maintained.

5. Reporting & Administration

• Assist in preparing daily sales reports and operational updates.

• Monitor staff roster and manpower coverage.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
