DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

your duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1) Responsibilities for machinery repair & maintenance services.

2) Install new products, and test them to ensure they are working correctly.

3) Educating the client on how to use and maintain their machines and equipment.

4) Perform maintenance and provide customer technical support.

5) Diagnose problems and come up with solutions to repair machines.

6) Fill out detailed reports and keep records on services that have been performed

7) Explain issues with equipment and repairs to customers

8) Handle troubleshooting of machinery and carry out services.

9) Able to assist in some documentataion / paperwork task.

10) Able to perform demonstration of machine products at construction / jobsite.

11) In charge of handling all rental machinery.

12) Build and maintain relationships with customers.

13) Reporting to Manager.

14) Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
