  • Diploma or equivalent; training or experience in baking, pastry, or culinary field is a plus.
  • Some experience in bakery or food preparation preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic knowledge of baking techniques, recipes, and food safety standards.
  • Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and support the main baker in daily tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attractive personality and articulate speaking skills (required for assisting in TikTok Live sessions while baking).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Team-oriented, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.

岗位职责

  • Assist in Baking & Preparation: Support the baker in preparing, baking, and decorating bakery products according to recipes and quality standards.
  • Product Handling: Help ensure ingredients and products are handled, stored, and presented properly.
  • Live Engagement Support: Assist during TikTok Live sessions by preparing materials, interacting with viewers, and supporting the baker in showcasing products. Assist in maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety throughout the bakery.
  • Sales Support: Help promote and upsell bakery products during live sessions and in-store.
  • Quality Control Assistance: Assist in maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety throughout the bakery.
  • Customer Interaction: Provide friendly assistance to customers in-store and help handle inquiries.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with the baker and other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Inventory & Stock: Help with ingredient preparation, stock management, and reporting shortages.
